Shipping Information
Maison Curio currently ships to most street addresses within Singapore, excluding restricted areas such as Pulau Ubin.
For international orders, we are able to ship non-furniture items to selected regions including America, Australia, Europe, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
As international shipping fees vary depending on the weight and size of your order, we recommend reaching out to us via WhatsApp for a custom shipping quote before confirming your purchase.
Shipping Rates (Singapore)
- Orders below $100: $12 standard delivery
- Orders above $100: Free standard delivery
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days
Shipping Duration & Delivery Policy
To help optimise delivery, Maison Curio will typically consolidate your items into a single shipment.
If your order contains multiple items with different lead times, the longest estimated arrival time will apply to the overall delivery timeline.
In certain cases, items may be shipped separately due to product availability or handling requirements. In such instances, no additional delivery charges will be incurred.
If an incorrect item is delivered, please contact us within 7 days, and our team will arrange for a replacement.
Delivery Arrangements
Bulky Items & White Glove Delivery
For bulky items such as furniture, delivery will be handled via selected vendors offering white glove delivery services.
Our team will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.
- Any changes to a confirmed delivery slot must be made at least 3 working days in advance
- A fee of $150 will apply for last-minute changes
Non-Lift Accessible Locations
For deliveries to locations without lift access:
- A charge of $150 per item per floor will apply
- This includes stairs within landed properties or maisonettes
Delivery will only proceed if it is deemed safe and feasible by the delivery team. Maison Curio reserves the right to cancel delivery if the process is considered hazardous or impractical.
Failed Deliveries (Non-Furniture Orders)
For standard deliveries:
- The first delivery attempt will be made without prior scheduling
- If missed, you may reschedule a new delivery slot
If the second delivery attempt fails:
- The third delivery attempt will be chargeable
If the parcel cannot be delivered and you are unreachable:
- Your order will be held for up to 7 days from the first failed attempt
- After this period, the order may be cancelled and refunded as store credit

- All orders are fulfilled via trusted courier partners
- Furniture items are currently available for delivery within Singapore only
- International shipping is available for non-furniture items only, subject to custom quotation
