Shipping Info

Maison Curio currently ships to any street address in Singapore, excluding restricted areas e.g. Pulau Ubin.  We are able to ship non-furniture items to Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Indonesia. If you wish your order to be shipped to the mentioned countries, please write to us at customercare@maison-curio.com.

We ship orders via external couriers, and other selected vendors for White Glove delivery services for bulky items such as furniture. Please note that furniture items are only delivered within Singapore.


Shipping Rates

Enjoy free shipping on all orders above $150. Only applicable for orders in Singapore. Shipping rates and duration for individual items can be found by scrolling down on any product pages under Shipping Info.

Generally, our shipping rates are calculated based on our shipping table below.

Please note that shipping rates are calculated on the order amount after any discount coupon used.


Shipping Duration & Delivery Policy

Delivery Policy: To help you save on delivery charges, Maison Curio will usually consolidate your items in one single order and ship them together. When estimating shipping duration, it is best to take the item with the longest Estimated Arrival and use that to calculate shipping duration for your order. Occasionally, Maison Curio may ship your items to you separately due to the nature of the products. In these instances, you will NOT be charged any extra delivery fees. In the rare occurrence of a wrong item being delivered, please contact our customer service team within seven days and they will send a replacement.


Delivery Arrangements

For Bulky Items and White Glove Delivery Orders, we will be making arrangements with you in advance for the delivery. For any changes/enquiries regarding your confirmed delivery schedule pertaining to this order, kindly do so at least 3 working days in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements, else there will be a $50 charge for any last minute changes.

Delivery fee for non-lift accessible floors: Do take note that there is a charge of $10 per item per non-lift accessible floor will be collected upon completion of the delivery. This fee will also be applicable to stairs within landed properties or HDB maisonette.

Delivery will only proceed if the delivery team deems it suitable to go ahead in a non-hazardous manner. If the lifting process is deemed hazardous, (i.e. items prone to damage on narrow stairway, obstruction of passageway), and deemed unfeasible based on our assessment; we reserve the right to cancel the delivery.

For non-furniture orders that do not require advance scheduling, the first delivery will be attempted without any scheduling. If you miss the delivery, do not fret as they will let you know the delivery failed and you may reschedule a date and time which is convenient for you. Should the second scheduled delivery attempt fail, the third attempt will be chargeable. In the event that the parcel cannot be delivered and you are not contactable to set up a date and time, your order will be held for a maximum of 1 week from the date of first attempted failed delivery. You will be charged for the next rescheduled delivery. If there is no response within the week, the order will be cancelled and the money refunded as a form of store credit.


White Glove Delivery

White glove delivery is reserved for bulky furniture, which typically includes assembly on location. You can find the Shipping Fees for such items in the same place on the product pages, but the shipping fees for such items are not consolidated with the shipping fees for the other smaller items in your order as they are shipped separately.

Returns

Any item in its original unopened packaging is eligible to be returned within 7 days of receipt. To initiate return, simply email us at customercare@maison-curio.com to coordinate the return quoting your order number and we will issue a Return Form for you to fill out. Upon receipt of the item in its original packaging, our team will check the items and send you an email regarding the receipt and refund of the amount, which will be in the form of a Maison Curio Store Credit Voucher.

You have 7 calendar days to return an item(s) from the date you received it. To be eligible for return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, unassembled and with labels intact. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging and it’ll need a proof of purchase.

Our 7 calendar day return policy does not apply to self-assembly items, cushions and shawls that have been removed from their original packaging, damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear, products damaged after receipt of delivery, sale items and pre-loved items.

Item(s) can be brought back to the Maison Curio Pte. Ltd. between 9:45am-5:45pm from Monday to Friday. Please email us at customercare@maison-curio.com to obtain a Return Form that will need to be filled up and be brought along with a copy of your order invoice. Once we receive your item(s) and necessary documents, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund as a store credit in the form of a voucher code.
** This does not apply to bulky furniture item(s), as we will arrange for a collection. If you're unsure, please contact us for more information.

7 Days Return: The customer will have to return it to our warehouse(address and opening hours are stated above).
Final Sale: No returning of item allowed.

Shipping costs are non ­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount that we will refund you.Maison Curio Pte. Ltd. has the full discretion to decide whether any item is in a condition suitable for return and reserves the right to reject any returns if they are deemed unfit for return.


Cancellation Policy

If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours from date of purchase and there will be no additional charges incurred. Once cancelled, you will be refunded the amount back to the mode of payment you used for the order. Please email us at customercare@maison-curio.com to process this request.

Any cancellation after 24 hours from date of purchase will be subject to a cancellation fee of S$50 per item valued at equivalent or above S$500. Or if the item is valued below S$500, the charge will be 5% per item that will be cancelled. This means we will refund you the invoiced amount less the cancellation fee. The money will be refunded as a store credit in the form of a voucher code and not to the mode of payment you used.

*Please note that all "Sale" items once sold cannot be cancelled from the order or returned once payment has been made for it.Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer product exchanges, however if your order has not been shipped out we are able to facilitate an exchange as long as the new item will be the same price or less than the initial item.

Product Quality Claim

We advise our customers to inspect all items carefully for damages or defects upon receiving. If you believe your product has a flaw, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our team will contact you on the next working day after receiving your notification.

Though rare, there is a possibility of furniture being damaged during transportation. You have the right to reject the merchandise upon delivery at no cost or schedule for an exchange, except for sale items.

If you do not reject the item upon delivery, please email us at customercare@maison-curio.com where we are able to provide a Defective Return Form for you to fill out.

Please note that we require images/videos as well to better assist you with regards to the defects, to qualify for an exchange or refund.
